Dandy Candy Original Moustache Wax

Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements

$6.75 USD

A unique, luxurious blend of exotic oils and pure unprocessed organic beeswax.  Formulated for taming and shaping moustaches and beards into any shape while at the same time adding shine, deep conditioning, strengthening and healthy growth stimulation.

We also gingerly scented it with our famous Steam-River rum oil and a hint of sweet orange to keep you dandy all around. We very nearly dubbed this master piece "the Moustache Whisperer" after we recently field tested it in the throws and thrashings of hurricane sandy where our bristles remained steadfast and unscathed most excellently.

Ingredients: Organic Candelilla Wax, Organic Beeswax, Cocoa Butter, Castor Oil, Essential Oils

How To Use Your Dandy Candy: Video Tutorial

Apply Dandy Candy Wax after shower or bath, when you've already washed and conditioned your moustache/ beard. Wax works best a little above room temperature, to achieve this run tin under hot water, blow with a hair dryer, leave over the pilot light on your stove top, or rub in between your fingers a little longer. Have a beard comb or child's toothbrush handy.

Take a pinch of wax from the tin, about the size of a pea, rub wax back and forth between index and thumb. Then apply to middle of moustache or center of beard (Van Dyke fashion, get the point!). With a small Moustache comb or  tooth brush, rake or brush wax through area you wish to shape and condition. With index and forefinger twist into handle bar at the end of the moustache or stroke into point of beard, resist twisting into Van Dyke unless you are intentionally going for the dread-lock look.

Apply more wax if needed, remember, a lil' Dandy Candy goes a long way.

The wax smells great, manly yet calm and pleasing to the nose. The hold is as advertised, definitely medium hold. So far the wax has stood up against -5° to 70°F. My tip just keep your tin on you in a CLEAN pocket, for minor touch ups.
