RETURN POLICY

Returns & Other Concerns

Unused, unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full product refund less any shipping costs associated with the order.  You MUST contact us prior to returning any items. 

***Please note:  We do not accept returns of opened/used merchandise.  This includes removing safety seals or releasing the pumps on bottles.  ANY use of a product renders it used and ineligible for return. 

For your convenience, we offer SAMPLES of every single scene we offer in aftershave cologne vials.  We Strongly Encourage you purchase samples if you are curios about a new scent you have never tried before.  Scent descriptions are not the best way to understand what a scent smells like.  Fragrances are personal and subjective and while we do our best to describe every scent as accurately as possible, you may still not like it.  Please get samples.  We can no longer accept returns on "lightly used" or "tested" items for sanitary (health and safety) reasons.

Unauthorized returns or returns sent without prior communication may be refused. Please open your items when they arrive.  If you get an item and leave it unopened for more than 30 days we cannot help you with a return or refund.  If you want to stock up and buy multiple items please check them when you receive them.  

We cannot be responsible for items after 30days as we have no control over storage conditions.  So please check your items.

We want to help you get the most out of the items we provide and we are here to offer quick support in the event that anything you receive falls short of your expectations. Returns on orders that qualified for free shipping:  If you total order value after returns falls below the free shipping threshold we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.
