Something strange is happening in the ether.
We haven’t even launched Viloma yet...and already the emails, DMs, fan art, dream reports, and coded messages written in lemon juice are flooding in. No joke, one of you mailed us a cassette tape labeled “MARIA VILOMA” with 38 minutes of heavy breathing and what I believe to be a form of bastard Morse code.
We love you & we hear you...especially "the breather". (we don't encourage this behavior)

Those Eyes
This is the not-so-triumphant reappearance of Maria Orsic: mystic, menace, evil, nemesis, muse. If you’ve been following the AGHARTA Saga since the early High Jump drop, then you know...she never really left. She’s just been waiting. Watching. Biding her time beneath the surface of the Earth in a lost world of scent and memory.
And now she’s back, etched into the label like a ward, released like a Djinn into the air with every twist of the lid.
Viloma begins bright and enigmatic: lemon split clean, violet barely tamed, and a mysterious spice that pulls you in by the schnoz. Just as you start to settle, it shifts. Myrrh and oud swell like a distant chant, grounded in a creamy, haunting vanilla. Then, like memory through myst, it roots itself in amber and aged wood; warm, rich, defiant.
“Viloma” (विलोम) literally means “against the natural order” or “reverse” / “against the grain.”
- Vi = against / opposite
- Loma = hair or grain (as in the grain of the body or flow of breath)
We’ve said it before, but it bears repeating: Viloma isn’t for comfort seekers. This is for threshold walkers. For Shave Cadets who chase myth, question the map, and seek the hidden door that's somewhere just inside the shadows. (Also for shaving, in fact, it is especially great for that.)

Why is Preshave Soap BETTER Than Preshave Oil?
Well first off, as with anything in life, it all comes down to personal preference. I can tell you why I think it's better, but in the end, do what works for you! First off, unlike using oil, a Preshave Soap will not gunk up your gear and rinses away easy.
I was seriously turned off by all the clean up involved when using oils. Plus I was always concerned about it getting into my favorite brushes undetected and going rancid. Also, applying oil with your hands then holding onto a blade is not the safest move in my book. [That said, if you currently use an oil, apply it with your non-shaver hand!] In short, Preshave Oils inspired me to find a better way!

The release of CUBE has been a long time coming. For those who are privy to the PAA Universe, you may have seen CUBE hovering in the background on different labels and in ads...observing. I have read a few interpretations by folks in the forums who have noticed CUBE's appearances and have been flummoxed. What Does it Mean? [I super appreciate that folks are becoming more hip to the universe in our labels!]
